Usage instructions:
Warm your Fleshlight insert by soaking it in a sink/tub filled with warm water. (Note: Do not boil or microwave the insert.) Shake off the water and replace the insert in the Fleshlight case, adjust the tightness of the cap at the bottom to vary the suction of the insert, and finish by applying a liberal amount of lubricant (water-based only, as oil-based lubes will slowly destroy the insert over time) to the Fleshlight and yourself. The Fleshlight is now ready for use.

Cleaning instructions:
Simply rinse your Fleshlight insert with warm water and allow time for both to dry before storing. Do not use soap to clean your insert. For tough cleaning, the makers suggest using a little isopropyl alcohol. To maintain its soft feel, sprinkle a liberal amount of corn starch on the insert and shake off the excess powder. The makers do not recommend the use of talcum or baby powder. Shake out as much water as possible and place the insert in a well ventilated area, like near a window or next to a fan. For quick drying, slide a thin lint-free cloth/towel through it from one end to the other. When you return it to the case, leave the end caps loose so that air can continue to circulate.

If you buy and sell, I'll give you a couple tips. Don't fix stuff osyruelf. Find a contract that will do it right and pay him for the labor. It's not worth your time to do it osyruelf and you can build a good relationship with a good contractor for the future. Second, something some forget to do it use the tax assessment as a determining factor. Tax appraisals are lower then standard appraisal usually. If they are selling cheap than the tax value, there's a good chance there is hidden value to pull out. If you go rental, do low-income section 8 rentals. They are gov't subsidized rentals. Look it up online. The tenants are more long-term due to the gov't helping.

This is so pitifully urntue. I have seen many friends and colleagues lose jobs theyve loved. Countless software engineers (many that I personally know) have been laid off over the last two decades because their jobs were shifted to cheaper labor in India. A good friend was devastated recently when she lost the job she absolutely loved because the company went under.
